Author Information

The author, Dr. Neil Persadsingh, did his medical training at the University of the West Indies, Mona, Jamaica graduating with the M.B.,B.S. in 1970.

He did his post-graduate training at the University of London, St. John's Hospital for Diseases of the Skin, where he obtained a Diploma in Dermatology in 1975

He is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a foundation member of the Dermatological Association of Jamaica and the Caribbean Dermatological Association.

He has worked in Canada, Trinidad and Jamaica where he now has an extensive practice. 

Dr. Persadsingh is married and is the father of four children.
